Old farm, new villa

Old farm, new villa

This architectural project is a harmonious blend of innovation and tradition, transforming old barns into a stunning family home. The renovation honors the rustic charm of the original structures while incorporating sleek, modern elements to create a perfect balance between old and new.

The heart of the home is centered around family and nature. Surrounded by lush greenery, the design seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor spaces, with large windows allowing natural light to flood the interiors. The views of the landscape become an integral part of the living experience, fostering a sense of unity with the environment.

In addition to the family living areas, the project features meticulously designed stables for the horses and a garage space for the vintage car collection. These facilities are all housed under one roof, ensuring practicality without compromising style. The swimming pool is thoughtfully integrated into the design, serving as a tranquil retreat amidst the rural surroundings.

Using a mix of old and new materials—such as restored wooden beams and contemporary steel—the farmhouse now embodies a dynamic fusion of history and innovation. This transformation has created a home that embraces its past while looking confidently toward the future, celebrating the beauty of rural living in every detail.
